Re-optimization of article for SEO
Hello, I am new to blogging and I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful tool to help me realize my vision in starting a side hustle as a content creator. So far I've enjoyed the article writer tool and applied the recommendation to use it as a template to then edit and add my personal touch. After a complete the edits I've noticed that I end up with a lot more content than anticipated and I am concerned that now my articles no longer optimized for SEO. Is there a tool or combination of tools already in place that you can suggest to “re-optomize” the article? Or can a new tool be created where you can just upload a Sheets or Word doc of the edited article and it re-optomizes it? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!
Add Source List To AI Article Writer
In the section: Article | Editor | SEO | Images | Chat could ‘SOURCES’ be added with a list of sources used in an article?
Saved Keyword List in Account
Ability to add keywords to saved list so that users can refer back to keywords they want to create content on, and not rely on trying to remember that good topic that came up the other day.
Allow negative lookups in keyword research term (-like this)
Allow specific excluded words in the keyword research tool
Add "Trending" keywords feature to Keyword Tool
Identify and call out trending keywords that are rising in popularity. Ideal—with the Keyword Tool, we'd also be able to show a graph over time that shows past keyword MSV alongside a future projection of where the volume is headed. This helps spot seasonal keywords, and project future growth for terms when we're deciding what to write about.
Make Gated and/or Paid Tools via Tool Studio
Make the option for tools built with Tool Studio to be… Gated for use: Perhaps by the user submitting their email address in order to see the results of a tool output, adding them to your email list Paid only: Perhaps by restricting tool use to a particular user/email address that verified their ‘paid’ status in Stripe/PayPal — I know this is super complex (unlikely to be figured out soon) Please upvote/leave a comment if you’d like to see one/both of these options added to Tool Studio as we keep building on this feature.
Squarespace Integration
Push RightBlogger long-form creations to your connected Squarespace site.
Connect to Google Drive account
sub-request: auto-syncing with your Drive account & add new creations to a ‘RightBlogger’ folder
Ability to use DOC or PDF or shared Google Drive files
I may have missed it somewhere in the tools. I would love to be able to attach a PDF or DOC to be used as the source. I've tried attaching URL to a viewable google doc and that returned an error. Some blogs and scripts I have that need rewritten or summarized can't be posted publicly until final.
Featured Image
A couple of times recently my featured image has shown a hand holding a written sign saying “too long” Also, it won’t give me the number of images in the article that I ask for.

WordPress Plugin
A WordPress plugin for RightBlogger that allows you to send posts from RightBlogger to your WordPress site. Additionally some AI features in the WordPress dashboard while making posts. Have more ideas for the plugin? leave a comment below.
Banned Words List
Would be amazing to have a list I can maintain that contains a list of words I don't want any generated content to contain. GPT is fairly heavy on words like "deleve' "In the ever evolving" etc. These words can be added to your existing "additional instructions" section but adding them every time can get cumbersome. Would be amazing to have a single list somewhere Right Blogger can reference to avoid those words appearing in content across all tools. Thanks for listening!
Headline Analyzer (SEO Headline Tool (for Higher Rankings)
Can we add this feature from Ryrob in the tools here at RightBlogger? I like how it gives you a % score and tips to make your headline more positive sounding. Might’ve asked this already but I think it’s a helpful tool.
Prompt library
From Patrick O’Hara: “Is there a way to save our favorite prompts and prompts we're going to use often? My thought is that it would be great to be able to save them and quickly insert into your Chat tool.“ Ryan note: I could see an internal prompt library sort of thing being a very useful feature (labelling & applying prompts you know you love to diff tools). Very fun, thanks for that spark.
Image Regenerate and Download
Add ability to regenerate images in the article writer tool. Add ability to download the images within the writer without having to manually download (opening new tabs, saving links, etc.). Maybe include used images in the download file. Currently copying and pasting into Wordpress doesn't include active hyperlinks to the images. I have to manually change the images in the Wordpress post, to get Wordpress to recognize it's an external link so it can then prompt to download/upload to media. Love adding the images to my articles in the writer but it's cumbersome to download.
Profile Defaults
It would be nice to not just have 'my tone' but also Rightblogger defaults set inside the profile. I guess this could be considered similar to ChatGPT's custom instructions. For example: Point of View - I am constantly changing this to meet my needs. (1st person) Article length - I typically want my articles to be >1000 My Target Audience won't change - should have a default option
ChatGPT Vs. Rightblogger
You have a great tool here - but I find when I write an article and then put it in ChatGPT it comes back much better. I may not be using Rightblogger to the best of it’s ability. I find it duplicates and is not always in my voice. I will keep working with it. I think the SEO tool can be great. See below - reworked intro by ChatGPT…so nice. Reworked Intro For years, even though we saved the maximum in our 401(k)s, I used to joke with my husband that I didn’t want to end up a “Bag Lady.” The truth is, it wasn’t really a joke — deep down, I worried we might run out of money one day. That fear has always stayed with me. On the one hand, I watch every dollar carefully. On the other, I do allow myself to enjoy the things I love — whether that’s travel, dinners with friends, or spoiling the grandkids. Like most people, I fall somewhere in between. The more I’ve read about money in retirement, the more I’ve realized that we all carry a unique money mindset — shaped by how we grew up, what we’ve experienced, and the choices we’ve made. One book that really struck me is The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. He writes: “Your personal experiences with money make up maybe 0.000000001% of what’s happened in the world, but maybe 80% of how you think the world works.” That rings true for me. Growing up, my parents fought about money a lot. We didn’t own a home until I was in sixth grade. If I wanted something, I had to babysit or get a job to earn it myself. Having my own money felt freeing — but it also left me determined never to feel like I couldn’t afford something again. Fast forward: when I left my full-time job to help my husband with his business and semi-retire, those old worries resurfaced — even though we had been saving diligently for years. That’s when I began to see how powerful money mindsets can be, especially in retirement. So today, let’s talk about them. Which one describes you best?
Freebies
I miss the Freebies tool. The new replacement makes amazing tools! And I’ve used it. But Freebies were so creative and fun, and I had just started to play with it. I’d love it to come back. ~~ Susan
Content Library/Collection

Bulk Post Generator
Allow the user to include a list of keywords for bulk post generation. Include global settings to be applied to all generated posts, similar to the settings available in the article writer (tone and style, links, realtime information, etc.).
