Make Gated and/or Paid Tools via Tool Studio

Make the option for tools built with Tool Studio to be…

• Gated for use: Perhaps by the user submitting their email address in order to see the results of a tool output, adding them to your email list

• Paid only: Perhaps by restricting tool use to a particular user/email address that verified their ‘paid’ status in Stripe/PayPal — I know this is super complex (unlikely to be figured out soon)
