@Rudy can you see if RightBlogger is being blocked by your Cloudflare?
This is almost certainly Cloudflare blocking our requests to your WordPress REST API. See the "Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled" section here: https://rightblogger.com/help/wordpress-errors
To fix it, allow our requests through in Cloudflare → Security → Custom rules: create a rule where URI Path contains/wp-json/rightblogger/, action Skip, and skip Bot Fight Mode + Managed rules (or just Allow). Our user agent is RightBlogger/1.0 (https://rightblogger.com) if you'd rather match on that.
Also double-check Bot Fight Mode / Super Bot Fight Mode under Security → Bots. That might be blocking it too but a rule should fix this.

I did the change of rules, it still rejected the publish!

I can not use the plugin for nu-weight.com and alpharettafloors.com I changed rules in security section in cloudflare. I still can’t post for last 10 days

Hey Rudy, are you still having an issue? from my end it looks like the connections are working in terms of WordPress
