Meta descriptions to include keyword?

The Meta Descriptions tool doesn’t have the option to specify a keyword, unless you put it in the “Post Title / Keyword / Article URL” box.

Could there be a separate field to specify the primary (and potentially also secondary) keyword? E.g. similar to how the Blog Post Outline Generator has this option separate from its “Topic / Keyword” field.
