Keyword information incorrect

When I enter a long-tail keyword, the keyword research tool from RightBlogger shows a high volume with high competition and a high CPC.

When I put this same keyword into other well-known tools, including Google’s Keyword Planner, they all say there is no search volume. In other words, zero. How is this possible?
