Increase Word Count to 2,000+ for YT to Blog Tool Outputs

GREAT request from Katelyn Dekle:

I'm curious whether it's possible (on the paid vs free plans) to generate transcripts longer than ~800-1,000 words. Hoping that I could either transcribe my YT video into an accurate & full blog post of 2k+ words ––or copy in the video's transcript from Descript & turn that into a blog post, but I've not been able to successfully do either in a way that accurately reflects the video. (ie: so the blog AND the video have the same amount of detail, that way visitors can choose the medium they prefer & still get the same info)
