Duplication of internal links in Article tools

Customer Steve Hutt reported some duplication of internal links in articles he’s been creating (linking to the same internal page/post multiple times throughout an article).

Not necessarily an across the board BAD thing, but ideally an internal link is cited only once per article unless there’s a very good reason to weave it back in during a related section later.
