Could YouTube to Blog Post Generator use non-YouTube transcripts?

The YouTube Video to Blog Post Generator has a field for “YouTube Video URL / Transcript” — which made me think maybe I could link to ANY transcript.

I tried it but I can’t!

Would it be possible to get this tool to use any transcript, e.g. if I give it a web page that includes a video transcript, it would find the start of the transcript and use that?

If not, maybe “Transcript” could be removed from the field’s label to make it clearer that it has to be a YouTube video URL, not just any transcript?
