Add 'Generate More' button to the bottom of most/all list-style tools

Similar to how we do this on a lot of my ryrob tools, for all RightBlogger tools that do things like generating ideas and lists of shorter outputs (paragraph tool, blog idea generator, post title, smart suggest, intro, conclusion, FAQ, etc etc etc)… add a ‘Generate More’ button beneath the list of outputs, that allows users to create more related outputs using the same prompt details without ‘disappearing’ the current set of results.
