Add stock image selector within relevant tools

Inside the tools like Article Writer where images can be included in creations, add a royalty free image selector that allows you to either (1) search & select, or (2) click a remix button that pulls in another image, or (3) arrows to cycle through potential better fit images until the 'right' image is found. This is in case the first pics don’t match up with the article and you need to switch them out.
